Taylor’s obsession with barre fitness started back in 2014, following a life-altering car accident which left her unable to run or lift heavy weights for 6 months. Previously an instructor of HIIT, cycling, trampoline, and TRX classes, this meant a big shift in her training style. She earned her Dailey Method Barre instructor certification in Louisiana, and upon arriving in Amsterdam, later earned international accreditation for her own Barre Teacher Training.
After spending many years as a full-time fitness instructor, Taylor recently shifted her career into a corporate role. But her passion for barre, Pilates, movement, travel, and connection motivates her to organize super fun, well-balanced fitness retreats on an annual basis with other cool humans!

Donna has been a Medical (prescribing) Psychologist in private practice for over 25 years. She also as a side-gig as an aspiring artists. She has a love for all things psychology, art, travel, adventure, and connections.
She has found a way to share her insights with others through creating Trust Your Journey Retreats. Her mission is to curate amazing adventures that facilitate self-discovery, personal growth, and connection in super cool locations.

Stacy Sinclair
Co-Owner of Casa Firefly & Yoga Instructor
Stacy graduated with 2200+hrs from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2006 and has worked in various locations around Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Stacy’s training consists of Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation massage, Pre and Post Natal massage, Thai Massage, Myofascial Cupping Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Rain Drop Therapy, as well as Reiki. She is also an E-RYT 500hr Yoga Instructor and has been teaching since 2012. She offers yoga classes, retreats, and both 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Stacy believes in taking a whole-body holistic approach to her client’s care, tailoring each treatment to the individual. She creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere where clients can truly relax and let go of daily stresses. She encourages and supports positive growth and well being of the entire person.
